From the void’s first breath
Gold and silver souls are born
One flame, split in two

Primal souls divide
Gold and silver threads entwine
In rain-soaked pages

Two souls were kindled in the void’s first breath,
Before the galaxies had learned to turn—
One flame that split to chase its other half
Through dark and light, through every age’s burn.
They met as hunter, hunted, in the reeds;
As scribe and queen beneath a cedar’s shade;
As sailors lost when tempests broke their steeds—
Each time the heart remembered, unafraid.
No distance dimmed the tether spun of star;
No death could snap the cord that bound their core.
Though centuries would scatter who they are,
The echo called them back forevermore.
Eternal, they return—two halves made whole,
One quiet fire that warms the endless soul.

From chaos’ forge, where light first learned to sing,
Two sparks were born amid the primal flame—
One molten gold, the other silver’s gleam,
Twin essences the stars would later name.
Through eons spun they drifted, separate streams,
Yet gravity of longing pulled them near:
In Sumer’s dust she wore a crown of dreams,
In Renaissance he carved her name in air.
A fisherman’s wife on storm-lashed Irish stone,
A poet’s muse beneath Kyoto’s moon—
Each life a thread, yet never quite their own,
Till every parting carved the heart’s own rune.
Now gold and silver fuse in single fire,
One soul, one breath, one love that will not tire.

Interconnected threads vibrating to every thought and emotion are our two different minds
Heartbeats echoing souls as the melody and harmony that binds
In perfect sync, we dance, our spirits aligned
Creating worlds of wonder, our love defined

In tender moments, we find our peace,
A sense of calm that time cannot release.
We whisper secrets and sigh,
Sometimes playfully acting shy.
Each other’s fondness always increased,
Our delight in each other never ceased.
Together we find sanctuary,
And treasure times that make us merry.
With our hearts we escape to great places,
Ever grateful for God’s good graces.
In the stars were written our names –
Nothing will ever be the same.
In this love, our hearts entwine,
Forever bound, a love divine.
